So I didn't realize it was iOS only and went to download Pocket Planes on the Android market. Turns out it was My Pocket Plane.

iOS and Android review site. Really popular, has its own app (Appshopper) that highlights updated / on sale apps that you might not notice on the app store itself. Download it - seriously.

Enjoying the game. Started out in #Forumopolis and did a couple of deliveries to Calgary, then switched over to #UngorEatStefan, 8 more deliveries for the Calgary Crisis so far.

Yeah, #UngorEatStefan is the way to go for now, we're sitting at #113th. If we can get it under 100, we'll get 20 bux each. New planes for everyone!

I'm thinking that the plan will be to switch back to #Forumopolis after this event is over, to avoid confusion.

Yeah I think that's fair - I just had a huge leg up since I started in the southwest and jumped on the event by myself immediately. At one point when the game was brand new I was #63 overall

I was shut down for quite a while by a snowstorm at Thunder Bay...one of my main workhorses was grounded there with passengers waiting on board, and more passengers and cargo loads waiting to go there....

Turns out this is a common problem if you don't have icloud enabled. There's an update available now, but I've seen threads about people losing all their progress when they update as well

Yeah, I ran into a bug where, I was naming a plane while it was landing, and the game reset, I lot like 6 bucks and one of my newer planes. I was a little pissed.

I'm noticing that ~~I didn't seem to get my 20bux for being part of a top 100 team in the Calgary world event~~ (a new event has started in Brisbane)....
A few minutes before the end, #UngorEatStefan was at #43, and I did rush deliveries in those last few minutes to get even MORE deliveries to Calgary in before deadline.

Argh. I was staying up until yet another tropical storm that was messing up all of my routes passed by, only for the same city to immediately get hit with another tropical storm. Two hours of being locked out of 6 of my planes.

I have switched back to forumopolis, however since the world is flat, I can't get from Canada to Australia without crossing the WHOLE world, so I doubt I'll get connected to that city before the 3 days are up.
