Your TV doesn't take into account guys MNG. It won't drop lower than that unless you fire some of your healthy guys right now for some reason.
Your TV will actually go up for all your matches as it assigns you journeymen.

After several delays, Putrefying vs. Battleragers part II is finally on. By Turn 7, the dwarves have already forcibly retired one pestigor (-1 ST) and knocked a few other nurglites around a bit. Nobody has touched the ball yet.

[update]First half ends with two dwarves suddenly playing elfbowl and scoring a surprise touchdown.

[update 2]Second half starts with a Dauntless failing on a block against the Beast...and me rolling two knockdowns anyway. Yep, Edge is getting nuffled here.

[update 3]Edge succeeds at cracking my cage open, makes a difficult dodge to blitz the BC...and gets a Skull/RIP result. Fortunately regen saves his Warrior.

2:0 for the Dorfs. Honestly, this was one of those games you can't feel too happy about winning...a few things that really shouldn't have worked for me did, and pretty much nothing worked for Edge.

I out dodged, out passed, out bashed, and outscored Hawque, and I give him full credit for keeping his cool as the dice sided against him again and again and again. At the end I wasnt even trying to break armor and I kept breaking armor.

The best thing about elves: It's really easy to skill up your linemen.

Most bashy teams rely on lucky CAS roles to skill up their linemen, while elves can just throw a pass or score a touchdown any time with theirs. Being able to make a Complete Pass to a Catch player on a throw away turn with a Lineman that got MVP is an easy, easy level 2. Same thing if they have 1 CAS and 1 TD.

(I tried doing that with my 5 SPP linewoman last game. Didn't work twice.)

So, I've got building my Cage down solid (as Archangel can attest) But how do I then move my dudes down the field? I keep trying to punch a hole or form a line but between my Black Orkz and Linemen, I can't seem to keep enough of the field clear to get my cage through.
