"Like" feature for posts?

Does this exist for our forum software? I think it would be c00l to be able to thumbs-up posts and maybe even be able to see 'list of most liked posts in the past day/week' or whatever.

I dunno it is something I'm into but I think message boards with a like feature tend to look pretty ugly and cluttered. I am pretty sure there are options for it in recent releases of our software but I think it would need some adjusting? idk, wait and see I guess.
